Delete your account

In the app

Sign in, then tap the person icon at the top right of your list of pets (Your account). Scroll down, tap Delete my account, type DELETE and tap Delete for ever. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@beyondthevetvitals.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will reply to that address to confirm the request is yours, then delete the account within 30 days of your confirmation — usually much sooner.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: the store keeps charging until you cancel it there.

Google Play: open the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Choose Beyond the Vet Vitals and tap Cancel subscription. On a computer, go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

App Store: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose Beyond the Vet Vitals and tap Cancel Subscription.

What is deleted

Your login, email address and password; every pet you own in the app and everything recorded for them — checks, weights, temperatures, medications, notes, contacts and caregivers; your photos and videos; the feedback you sent us; your purchase history at RevenueCat, which manages subscriptions for us; and the daily count of your AI feature use.

What is kept, and for how long

Copies in our hosting provider’s routine backups expire within 30 days, and its server logs, which may show your IP address, within 28 days.

Copies of feedback already emailed to our team inbox are not removed straight away; they are deleted within 12 months, or sooner if you ask. Resend, which delivers them, keeps its own delivery records for a short time under its own policy.

Apple and Google keep their own records of what you bought, under their own policies.

Anything you sent to the AI features is deleted by Anthropic, our AI provider, within 30 days, unless the law requires it to keep it longer or it is flagged as misuse of Anthropic’s service.

Copies on any other phone or tablet you signed in on stay there until you sign out or delete the app on that device. Your phone’s own backups (iCloud or Google) may also hold a copy; those are managed by Apple or Google.

Delete some data but keep your account

In the app you can remove a pet’s contacts, caregivers, lumps, vet instructions, treats and extras, vaccination, worming and flea records, and growing-up milestones. Photos attached to a lump or milestone you remove stay with us until you delete your account or ask us to remove them.

You cannot yet delete a whole pet, a photo or video, a lab result or a logged check in the app. Deleting your account removes all of them; to keep your account, email us from its address and we will help.

Never made an account?

Then your records are only on your phone, and we never had them. Deleting the app deletes them (any copy in your phone’s own backup is managed by Apple or Google).
